All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 14 days for it to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order, and can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MERCAZ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied once your package reaches your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

6. Shipping Delays

Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, extreme weather, courier issues, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and are always available to check the status of your order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before the order ships.
